The School Emblem: The School's Emblem exemplifies the School's vision, mission and motto. The design is inspired by that of a 'book holding sun', a sign of enlightening life with the colorful rays of learning. On the surface, every child entering the School might appear similar, but our focus is on identifying and nurturing the uniqueness of every individual, on seeking out their constituent colours. Students are encouraged to discover their strengths, talents, interests and passion all the elements that come together to define their individuality. Every child will leave Indian Public School having explored the various facets of his/her inner potential to the fullest.

About the Founders : The School is the flagship project of Shikshadeep Education Society, a not-for-profit organization set up in 2021 with the goal of providing quality education.

CO-CURRICULAR PROGRAMME

Indian Public School, Balodabazar would follow CBSE pattern of education. The school is in process of getting curriculum grant from CBSE. The IPS unique curriculum is based on NCF and follows NCERT syllabus which is aligned to the current understanding of learning and teaching. It facilitates seamless progress from the formative years through schooling. The curriculum encourages students to be active learners who explore, understand and participate in the world around them. By being exposed to a wide variety of disciplines, both cognitive and non-cognitive, students will be prepared for a balanced life outside the school.

Pursuing hobbies and interests is a great way to enhance one's personality and discover hidden talents. The diverse mix of activities under this module ensures that every child finds something that is of interest to him/her. Calligraphy, Clay Modelling, Drawing, Gardening, Painting, Personality Development: The importance of inter-personal and communication skills cannot be undermined in today's competetive world. These need to be instilled in a person at a young age as it gets harder to acquire them as we grow older. The offerings under this module prepare students to handle challenging social and professional situations with confidence.
